Love apples? Then, drink apples! Gather with fellow apple enthusiasts, hard cider aficionados, fermentation zealots, and craft beverage fanatics at the sixth annual Pour The Core: Long Island.
At Pour The Core: Long Island, you and your friends will be showcased to the finest locally-produced and internationally-sourced ciders – more than 75 in all! The event will feature local favorites like Woodside Orchards; best-selling US brands like Angry Orchard and Woodchuck Hard Cider; and a variety of imported ciders and perries from Spain, England and elsewhere like Strongbow.

So get your blanket, carry your sunglasses and hat and get your tickets! The event will take place rain or shine (no refunds). Don’t forget to bring a belly ready for delicious foods available to purchase from local food trucks.
There will be event seminars about cider, the making of cider, and the enjoyment of cider. The event will also help raise funds for KiDS NEED MoRE.

A sell-out is expected so buy your tickets early. Once the event sells out, no additional tickets will be available. General admission (GA) tickets are $45 +tax/fees. GA ticketholders will receive a 5-ounce tasting cup with a 2-ounce pour line, made available by the tasting cup sponsor, Woodchuck Hard Cider. Designated driver (DD) tickets are also available for $12 +tax/fees but DD ticketholders are not permitted to drink any alcohol. DD ticketholders will receive a bottle of water and access to event seminars. If GA tickets are available at the door, they will be $65.
No one under the age of 21 will be allowed into the event. This includes designated drivers who must also be 21 years or older in age. No children, toddlers, infants, strollers, or pets are permitted. No one will be admitted without valid photo ID (no exceptions)! Proper identification is the responsibility of the attendee. Failure to present proper, valid photo identification (license or passport) will result in denial of entry with no refund offered.
