Shopping isn’t just a case of buying a product and leaving it there. Many people enjoy the experience of shopping in person, especially if they’re able to try things on or shop with friends or loved ones. 

The good news is that you can focus on both physical stores and online shopping. Once an eCommerce website is set up, you can reach a wider customer base and possibly encourage some people to shop in person. However, a physical store will allow you to reach and develop relationships with local shoppers.
