It is generally recommended that everyone should complete 10,000 steps on a daily basis. Completing an eighteen hole round of golf will ensure that you definitely reach this target and that you are also likely to exceed it. Swinging the club can also get your heart pumping. What’s more? Golf has been found to be beneficial for your mental health too, as it can help to reduce stress.

Most ranges have club houses where you can kick back, relax, and catch up with your pals after too! Make the most of this – you could foster some lifelong friendships along the way.
