Wimbledon – There is only one place to begin, and this is with Wimbledon. If you are a fan of tennis, you are going to love it here. At centre court, 15,000 people watch the men’s final and the other main matches that take place. In fact, plenty of people flock here simply to watch the tennis on a screen outside even if they don’t have tickets – it’s that popular!

The Masters – Next, we have one of the best golf events in the world! The Masters is the golf tournament that everyone wants to win. In fact, there have been a number of rookies that have won it over the years, so head to SportzBits if you are interested in plotting your own route there. Of course, you will get to see all of the superstars and legends of the sport battle it out for the coveted green jacket too.

Monster Energy Cup – We will stay in America for now, but we’re moving to Las Vegas, which plays host to the Monster Energy Cup. This fast-paced and thrilling supercross event sees $1 million up for grabs. If the three main events are won by the same person, they will bag $1 million. It has happened a couple of times before!

Real Madrid v Barcelona – There are lots of amazing football rivalries across the world, including Manchester United and Manchester City, as well as Inter Milan and A.C. Milan. However, nothing really comes close to Barcelona and Real Madrid, does it? Plus, it’s the perfect excuse to book yourself a holiday to sunny Spain.

Monaco Grand Prix – There are many different F1 Grand Prix to choose from, and in fairness, each and every one of them provides an amazing experience. However, Monaco tops the list because it is the most glam of the bunch. Where else do people watch the race from luxurious yachts? Other notable options include Spa and the Australian Grand Prix.

The Grand National – There are so many amazing horse racing events all over the world, so it was difficult to narrow it down to one. However, if you are looking for a unique experience, Aintree Racecourse certainly provides it. National Hunt racing is only really popular in the UK and Ireland, so The Grand National gives you something completely different from the norm if you are used to flat racing.

The Super Bowl – Last but not least, this sports bucket list simply would not be complete if we did not have The Super Bowl on it, would it? The Super Bowl is the ultimate sporting event. Not only does it provide an American football clash to remember, with the two best teams from each division coming head to head. But it also provides the iconic half-time show. In recent times, everyone from Justin Timberlake to Beyonce has provided entertainment. Plus, the atmosphere is crazy too!

So there you have it: some of the best sporting events that take place all over the world. If you are a big fan of sport in general, there is no denying that you are going to love the events that have been mentioned above, all of which will provide you with some of the best memories that you will cherish for a lifetime. A little word of warning, though, is to make sure you check the event website before you go to be sure of the rules and regulations. There are different rules at venues all over the world based on what you can bring with you, whether you can take photographs, and so on. The last thing you want is for your experience to be ruined because you didn’t realise this.
