Of course, there will be times where you can’t simply reboot the machine. At this point you will usually be told to put the phone into recovery with an apple genius, or you will need to perform a device firmware update to try and re-install the iOS. Sometimes a reboot just isn’t enough. If the Phone won’t charge or has terrible battery life.

The great thing about having a smartphone is the fact you can take it with you wherever you go, and you know that it will be there if you need to call someone or find where you are going. Most of the time if you have issues with connectivity, you guessed it, you can turn your phone off and on again. This doesn’t always work but it will do most of the time. With your Wi-Fi you may need to look at the router itself to find out what’s going on. If the problems persist, then you will most likely need to call up apple for advice.
