Start your day the right way – Finally, the way you start your day can have a huge impact on your energy and fatigue levels as the day progresses. So ensure that you wake up with a positive mindset. Try and avoid your phone or emails first thing and form new habits like drinking a pint of water or slowly stretching your muscles. Small things can make a huge difference.
