The Taste of Flight 2015 VIP hour will feature a special selection of wine and food pairings courtesy of Spuntino Wine & Italian Tapas Bar. Selections include: NV Champagne Gosset – Crudo station – Tuna Crudo – Poli Grappa Cured Salmon – Scallops Crudo Salmon, Scallops Crudo.
