The New York Mets will open Citi Field for the Mets Opening Day Watch Party, Monday, April 6 – this first of its kind free event for Mets fans will celebrate the start of the 2015 season, when the Mets visit the Washington Nationals. Complimentary tickets limited to blocks of four will be available exclusively online at Mets.com/WatchParty starting today at 10:00 a.m.

The event will feature SNY’s broadcast of the April 6 game on Citi Field’s new center field high definition Citi Vision video display; between innings entertainment and giveaways; and a fully operational Mets Fan Fest.

The gates to the Jackie Robinson Rotunda will open at 3:00 p.m. Game time in Washington, D.C., is scheduled for 4:05 p.m. Parking in Citi Field’s Lots D and F through Gate 8 will open at 2:00 p.m. and cost $10 per vehicle.
